Can I do this at home, by myself, and without a gym?
Yes, yes, and yes!
In the program, I give you multiple modifications for body weight, bands, dumbbells or barbells so you can make the most of it no matter what equipment you have. These are the best workouts for beach volleyball.
Use a court or gym if you're able to but we're not leaving anyone behind if you don't have access to facilities at this time.
What skill level is this for?
We've designed this program so that ANYONE can do it. It doesn’t matter if you’re 15, 25, 45 or 65.
From beginner all the way to expert, we've got you covered.
Everything we do starts with the foundational elements, and we build on those.
You'll quickly get a feel for how each training session can be applied to different skill levels. You can post questions on our Members Only Facebook Group at any time. And if you upgrade to our Inner Circle Membership, you can meet via Zoom with our coaches who can talk you through variations, modifications and solutions along the way.
Once you sign up, you'll see that we even give recommendations for different levels of experience so you'll have a workout plan if this is your first ever training program and you'll have a different plan if you are an advanced athlete who uses olympic style lifts.
How much/what equipment do I need?
Below is a list of the least expensive, bare minimum equipment you need to complete this program along with upgrades you might use or consider.
I've learned how to save money and get the best workouts possible. I think this list will really help you and you have this equipment for LIFE!
You can't sell a gym membership when you are done with it but you can re-sell gym equipment so the investment makes sense!
MINIMALIST EQUIPMENT
- Tennis or Lacrosse Ball (Upgrade Option: Foam Roller)
- 2 Levels of Resistance Bands (Upgrade Option: Interchangeable Dumbbells or Full Dumbbell Set)
- 3 Levels of Hip Bands
- 2 Obstacles 12-24 inches tall (This can be as easy as 2 big water bottles.)
- Medicine or Slam Ball (10 - 25 Pounds depending on your strength. This is Not necessary if you have dumbbells.)
- 2 Levels of Power Bands Medium to Heavy (Not necessary if you have either of these Upgrades - Squat Rack with Barbell and Plates or Dumbbells Ranging from 35-70 lbs)
- Benches or Chairs (Upgrade Option: 2 Plyo Boxes at least 18 - 30 inches tall)
- Tape Measurer
- Optional: Pull Up Bar
How much time will this program take?
All exercises can be done at home, in front of your house or at a gym.
The full volleyball program takes about 10 weeks because of the testing weeks before and after so that you can see your results.
Depending on which week, your workouts will fluctuate between 2 and 5 sessions per week. We tell you at the start of each week how many sessions you'll have.
Most workouts take about an hour to complete but many of them and can be completed in just 30 minutes!
You OWE it to yourself, your partner and your teammates.

What happens when I finish the program?
Our beach volleyball program comes in three levels. So once you pass through the bi-lateral explosive round, you'll be upgraded to the uni-lateral level. After that, our athletes move up to our olympic lifting program design.
Every time you get through the program, we test you and re-build your training sheet with your new assessments.
As you get stronger, faster and pile on the inches, your program grows with you.
But don't forget, there is also a full year of beach volleyball training programs within the membership! If you're truly committed, you can take our skill and strategy courses while you're going through the vertical jump workout program.
